====== Aldus 500: Three Aldines from the Lund University Library and the Einar Hansen Collection ====== **25 May 2015-31 January 2016**, Lund University Library (Helgonabacken 1, 221 00 Lund, Sweden) This small display consist of **three significant Aldine** books. Two of them are in the characteristic small octave format (//M. Tvllii Ciceronis de philosophia//, 1541; //Le pistole [sic!] di Cicerone ad Attico//, 1555) and are part of the Einar Hansen Library. The centerpiece, however, comes from the University Library collections. It is a copy of the famous //**Hypnerotomachia Poliphilii**// (1499), donated to the University by King Karl XI about 1680. Please note the the texts in this small exhibition only are **in Swedish**. **Opening hours**: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 10am-4pm; Wed 10am-7pm; Sat 10am-2pm. **Free access**.
