+The Working Group organises a meeting for invited participants on 26 October, and a conference open to all on 27 October 2020. Attendence is free, but we do ask that you register your attendance by sending an e-mail to secretariat@cerl.org
+The theme of the conference is //Working with Letters// and we invite researchers, manuscripts librarians and other specialists to participate and discuss a two-fold approach to letters. On the one hand, we wish to focus on the institutions and their collections of letters; on the other hand, we wish to explore the cultural history of letters.
+If the national library in your country is not yet a member of the CERL Manuscript Librarians Working Group, we invite you to become a member of the group and take part in our meeting in October. For all countries: we would like to know if there are other institutions with Manuscripts Collections in your country that should be invited. There is a limited number of places available at the meeting for new members, so if  you would like to attend the forthcoming meeting in Oslo, please send an email to [[bente.granrud@nb.no]].\\
