Bringing to an end the many events organised in Venice to celebrate Aldus 500 years after his death, the Marciana Library selected 10 remarkable pieces from its vast Aldine collection and created an online exhibition. Each item is enterily accessible and is accompanied by a detailed entry, illustrating, i. a., early provenances and other material evidence.
